The deposit you pay is totally refundable on your request. You should be aware that only the best quality and fresh vegetables are procured/ collected/ purchased from our associate farmers / suppliers on the day of your order for your order delivery in time.
If you order just for the sake of information or entertainment or fun the product procured as per your order, will be mere waste. Because we the firm/ company do not keep any vegetables stock except like onions, garlic, potato etc. We are intended to deliver only the best quality fresh vegetables.
Therefore we expect you also to be serious about your veggies order as we are very.
To achieve this objective there is requirement of paying refundable deposit before submitting your veggie order.
Moreover you are given minimum 80% credit against your paid deposit. This means you will not have to pay until your bill amount reaches up to your credit limit. In this way your deposit amount is used for ordering, without paying for every order.
2) How deposit is refunded?
On receipt of your application for deposit refund, it will be refunded within 30 days.
Refund amount will be equal to balance after deducting for your unpaid bills / outstanding bills if any and other charges as applicable from time to time.
3) Can I pay for every order instead of paying deposit?
Requirement of payment of refundable deposit is explained in the first question.
In deposit paid case you are given minimum 80% credit against your deposit for ordering without paying at that time.
So for the ease of placing order and ease of payment this system of Refundable Deposit is introduced.
4)What is credit against deposit?
You will be getting minimum 80% against your paid refundable deposit for making order without paying for at that time.
It is such that if you had paid Rs. 1000/- refundable deposit you will be getting credit limit of Rs. 800/-. Now you can make as many orders as you wish until your order amount / outstanding bill amount reaches up to Rs. 800/-, that is up to your credit limit.
5)What if I get lesser products than ordered?
Your order will be billed according to the products delivered to you against that order.
6)Is there any facility of cash on delivery?
As explained above you are required to pay refundable deposit to make any order. Therefore there is no necessity of cash on delivery.
But in exceptional case if you are unable to pay your outstanding bill online, you can pay your outstanding bill by cash to authorized person of firm / company at any of the zonal office.
7)Do I need to pay refundable deposit to use OPT Service platform?
Services available on OPT services platform are totally free, but by completing your profile by registering your precise address you will get better search results.
8)Can I cancel my order?
Currently there is no provision for cancellation of placed order. Team PANYAVITHIKA is working continuously on these improvement & issues.
9)Can I have multiple delivery address for one registration?
No. You will have to provide permanent delivery address for every single registration. Mobile number registered / verified can be used for single registration & one permanent delivery address only.
10) How will I get my order delivered?
Your order will be delivered at ground floor if you reside in a building of height more than ground plus one floor and orders in your building are less than twenty on the day.
11) When will get my order delivered?
You will get your order delivered early morning on date of delivery for that order. You are requested to check date of order & date of delivery while placing the order. You can also view order history like order number, date of order, date of delivery, amount, product details etc. on your login panel.
12) Is it safe to pay online on PANYAVITHIKA?
YES. No question about it. It absolutely safe & secure to pay online on PANYAVITHIKA mobile application or www.navaharitakapanyavithika.com.
A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
We do not store your card details at any given time.
13) Are there any charges other than products purchased?
NO. There are no any other charges like packing, shipping or delivery etc.
14) What is difference between PRIME & REGULAR Customer?
Refundable deposit for prime customer is more than regular customer. There is no condition of minimum order amount for prime customers but there is a condition minimum order amount for regular customers.
There will not be any other charges like packing, shipping or delivery for Prime as well as Regular Customer.
15) What is WHOLESALE Customer?
Retailers or vendors can register themselves as Wholesale customer. The minimum order amount for wholesale customer is very much bigger than Regular customer. Order of Wholesale customer will be delivered at respective Zonal / Tehsil centers.
16) Is it sure that I will get my delivery tomorrow morning for todays placed order?
Order placed before 2 pm will be delivered in the early morning of tomorrow. Orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered in the early morning of day after tomorrow. This information of order delivery date can very well viewed while ordering & in order history also.
All the deliveries of vegetables will be made in early morning hours.
17) What if by mistake I enter my permanent delivery address at wrong city / section / location?
You have to be very careful while registering your permanent delivery address correct & accurate, for prompt & timely delivery of your veggie orders. It will not be possible to deliver your order in time or the order completely, if you register your permanent delivery address at wrong city / section / location.
18) Will I have to enter my delivery address every time I order?
No. You will have to enter your correct & accurate permanent delivery address at the time of making first order only.
19) What if I dont like the quality of the product delivered?
We are confidant that this situation will not arise & our already authorized customers are experiencing this top quality products deliveries. But if at all this happens, that is, if the quality of the product delivered is not up to the mark & not acceptable to you, you can return the full order.
It is requested that you or your representative should always check the order at the time of receiving delivery.
In case you refuse to accept 3 consecutive orders without any valid reasons your account will be suspended.
